- Market Snapshot - fill out a short form that includes your email and property address and within minutes we will send you a snapshot of market conditions in your area. [see sample] This is not a complete CMA, but rather an overview of what's going on in your area. As always - there is no obligation and we will not contact you unless you ask.
- Neighborhood CMA - input an address and zip code into this form to immediately view some recent sales in your neighborhood.
- What Price Did My Neighbors Get for Their Home? - Did your neighbors house sell? Do you want to know what it sold for? Often you can find the information at the Maryland property records website. However, it may take months for the records to update. If the home was listed in the MLS and has settled, we can usually find the sale price. Strictly confidential!
- Zip Code Statistics - View monthly statistics by zip code. This information is from the MRIS Multiple Listing Service.
